We gladly accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We recommend that you schedule your SPA Party at least two weeks in advance for a better chance of booking it on your preferred date. Please click here to book your party online or you may call us at 604.771.8878.
Parking charges will apply when public parking is required.
We are currently serving women, couples and children only, unless otherwise arranged.
For SPA Parties, there is a minimum charge of $150. For individuals ordering from our a la carte menu, the minimum charge is $100.

We are currently serving the Greater Vancouver area, including Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Port Moody, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Ladner, Tsawwassen, White Rock, Surrey, Delta, Langley and Aldergrove.
We have no travel fees within our servicing area.

Please understand that because we offer mobile spa services direct to your location, it requires a fair bit of planning and preparation prior to the appointment date. We also hold your preferred date and time and do not double book. For these reasons, we do respectfully require at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations.
We do not require a deposit, but for the same reasons, any cancellations we receive with less than 72 hours notice may incur a loss to us due to missed booking opportunities, travel expenses, employee payouts, etc., so in order to minimize or eliminate these risks, we do need to charge our customers in the cases of late cancellations and/or no-shows.
Less than 72 hour cancellation notice will be charged 50% of total services booked
(i.e. - If you booked a party for $150, you will be charged $75)
Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of total services booked
(i.e. - If you booked a party for $150, you will still be charged the full amount of $150)
We are fairly flexible and responsive to communication, so we do not foresee any problems as long as you keep the lines of communication open with us.
If you are pleased with the service it is standard etiquette to give a gratuity of between 15% and 25%.
The spa treatment given here is for the purpose of stress management, reduction of muscular tension, developing the body awareness and facilitating the body's metabolism. The spa technician does not diagnose illness, disease or any other physical disorder. Please keep the technician updated to your medical condition and understand that there should be no liability on the therapist or the institute's part should you forget to do so. If you have a specific medical condition or specific symptoms, massage or certain spa treatments may be contraindicated. Additionally, the therapist or the institution is not liable for any property damaged or stolen in or outside of your property. It is also understood that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by client (you) will result in termination of the session immediately and the client (you) are liable for payment of the entire scheduled appointment.
